Erica is a Registered Dental Assistant who attended Stephen F Austin State University and the Houston Dental Assistant School in 2007. She joined our team in 2015. Patients appreciate her experience and communication skills. They also appreciate that Erica is a local, graduating from Klein Collins High School.

Whether you feel apprehensive about receiving your dental treatment, or the procedure you require is a bit more extensive than routine treatment, we may recommend nitrous oxide sedation. Commonly known as "laughing gas" because of its feel-good, slightly euphoric effects, nitrous oxide is an inhaled sedative that is administered through a mask that is placed over your nose.
For some patients, anxiety can mean avoiding even minor dental treatment, allowing common oral health concerns to endanger their smiles. We understand that for these patients their anxiety can be so great that even common sedation techniques like nitrous oxide may not be enough. For a deeper alternative, we can provide oral sedation for patients with this type of severe dental anxiety.

THE BEST DOCTOR & STAFF! I have never been so impressed by a dental office. Dr. Mac is amazing! I have always had horrible dental experiences which has turned into such an awful amount of anxiety, until now. They made sure I was comfortable at all times, kept me informed of what they were doing, thoroughly explaining procedures that needed to be done, had very high-tech equipment, and explained finances up front (no hidden cost). Everything was done with genuine care. All these things lead to a completely relaxed appointment. Kenley is so sweet & always calling to check on you after your appointment

I always had high anxiety about going to the dentist. These ladies are amazing from the receptionist to the dentist they are all awesome. They make you feel welcomed and made my visit the best. I also take all 4 of my kids there and they all love everybody as well. This has been the best dentist I have found! Highly recommend for adults and children.

Dr. McElravy was amazing. I drove my mom to see her from San Antonio. My mom was amazed by her compassion and she truly cared for her. Even though she was unable to help her. She is referring her to a specialist and will follow up to make sure she finds relief. She has had nerve pain caused by a previous procedure done by a dentist back in Corpus Christi over 5 years ago! She will be back to follow up. Thanks for your help and truly exceptional service! We’ll worth the drive from San Antonio!

This is a great dentist office with fantastic staff. My wife and I have both been going to this office for nearly a year and have had overwhelmingly positive experiences. We both have anxiety over going to the dentist, but the staff and environment work to make those anxieties melt away. We cannot recommend them enough.

Spring Pearl Dental is the best dental office I have ever been too. The staff is friendly and they truly get to know you. I would recommend them to anyone. Melissa always does an excellent job and takes pride in what she does. Dr. McElravy is always smiling and has done an amazing job creating an inviting and relaxing environment in the office. Erica the office manager always greets me with a smile which always starts the appointment off right and they are all great with kids.

BEST experience in my life. Erica, the office manager, is helpful and knowledgeable about everything from appointments to billing to procedures. Brittany, the dental technician did absolutely everything she could every visit to ensure my comfort and that was NOT an easy thing to do with my high anxiety and phobia of dentists. Best of all is Dr. Mac. She is calm and reassuring. All of my issues, fears and concerns were addressed immediately and to great satisfaction. Her soft hands and gentle tone did wonders before, during and after my surgery and fittings. The end result is a BEAUTIFUL set of

After researching, for weeks, I found Dr. Ginger. I read all of the reviews, every single one, and felt she was the Dr. for me. Not only is she every bit as amazing (as every review said she would be) she also has excellent bedside manner and her entire staff is absolutely wonderful! Everyone walks you step-by-step through each process, so you know what to expect. Erica up front is so kind and answers all my questions from appointment set-up to discharge. I'm so happy to have finally found a dentist for me and my family!
