Very bipolar business. Predatory and agressive sales woman who will stare you up and down to assess how agresssively they can pitch their membership to you. The massage itself is passive. Should be the opposite way around. When my membership is done I will not return. Find a chiropractor's office where they have massage therapists that have been around for a long time. This place has extrneley high turnover.

My disappointment had nothing to do with having to provide information. It was about how rude and inconsiderate your staff was. It is completely unnecessary.

I decided to give this location a try and so glad I did. Chris did such a great massage! I asked for firm and he did such a great job! Usually therapists give me lighter pressure when I say firm but he didn't. It was exactly what I was hoping for! I was hesitant on coming back to massage heights as I had a membership at the Tiffany springs location and it was a nightmare to cancel. I ended up paying an extra month at Tiffany springs and never used my credit in time and was told I couldn't even though I paid for it. Because of this I wouldn't get a membership there unless it was just the Tiffany

Went in for my massage and realized it was for the wrong day. When I asked about other locations, the owner shrugged his shoulders and said "good luck finding another massage appointment today - it is what it is." So I walked out and promptly went to his competitor where my money is definitely more earned and welcome.

Extremely courteous and helpful front desk reps, checked in quickly and began treatment on time. The massage was expertly done and I immediately noticed an improvement in my neck and back issues. I will be back for a follow up as needed. Thx again from a grateful traveler.

I’ve been rescheduled now 3 times. I was given a gift card for Mother’s Day and have been trying to use it since may. Each time I have been rescheduled a month out. First told it was because my therapist had a family emergency. Fair enough. Twice booked with the supposed “only” therapist who isn’t certified for maternity massages. No move to get me in sooner for my repeated inconvenience. No, I have to wait yet another month because of their mistake ans HOPE it doesn’t happen a 4th time. At this point. I just want my gift card refunded so I can take my business elsewhere.

I got a membership at Massage Heights that includes a one hour massage at a flat monthly rate. The massage therapist has always been kind to me but the front office staff is not very helpful or friendly. In fact, they come across as cold and constantly state what their policy is. Very disappointed in my experience. I waited a few weeks for a Saturday appointment. I was asked to arrive 15-20 minutes early, 10 minutes after my scheduled appointment the receptionist informed me the massage therapist was a no show. While it was not the receptionist’s fault the simple one word “sorry” and an offer to reschedule was less than appealing. I was looking forward to trying this place out and left feeling incredibly frustrated with the therapist as well as the lack of customer service.

One of the manager were so rude and they not honest on the phone they told me that I can use what I have in my account in other location and after I done with my appointment they said they can't. Unprofessional and get to your nerves.

Went for a 1 hour massage with Demi. I was very comfortable with their Covid protocols. Demi provided just what I was looking for in a deep tissue massage. She was attentive and thoughtful. I was a first time visitor and yes, I took the package especially after learning their license allowed them to remain open during most of the past year.

I came in today for a 60 min cupping therapy with hernan, and boy let me tell you! I have never gotten cupping done, I just had little trial runs nothing to lasting. I told hernan the areas that I wanted to work(which was a lot of areas) but it was just a 60 min, and my last therapy session was back in February for just a massage. neck, shoulders, arms and full back was the focus areas. I said maybe chest(pecs) if we have time. i stayed face down the entire time becuase I had THAT MUCH TENSION!!!!! if you're looking for that deep pressure with the cupping therapy, you will get what you asked

Let me start by saying the massage therapist are great! Of all the massage places I've been massage heights has some of the best. They are very attentive, adjust pressure as requested, friendly and experienced.

Now let me get to why I'm rating this 3 stars. The customer service is pretty bad. I read one review before going warning of the whole bait and switch but I thought, nah that couldn't happen to me. Sure enough when I go to pay for my massage they wanted to charge me $30 more than the quoted introductory rate. Not cool. Minus one star. The other star I'm taking away

The massage with Chris was AWESOME! This is about customers service which is what keeps you customers returning. I was offered a membership for $49.99 a month 12 months of free stones and 2 free massages plus reactivation of 4 from a previous membership. I have a contract that had to sign for membership. It took several calls to get the 4 unlocked then fast forward to billing they charged me $59.99 when the promotion was not what my contract stated.Talk to manager Ashley to explain to her what the contract stated and what I bought into she said well the contract is not right WELL WAIT WHAT and

Me and my husband got a couples massage by Christina and Amanda and they were WONDERFUL. The massages were great, everyone was very professional and made our first massage experience perfect.

Great place for a massage! I felt super safe going here for my massage during this time. They have sanitization stations, minimal appointments booked at the same time, and the establishment in general is well kept and clean!
Chris was a great massage therapist- I asked for firm to deep pressure and got exactly that! Does not always happen. And it did not cost extra! This is an added bonus.
I am definitely considering the membership- awesome perks and affordable for those who are regulars with getting massages!
