Extremely disappointing insurance experience. We’ve been their client for a couple years now. Wife and I insured our Home, auto, and business with Jason Ridley. I recently filed a business claim and was informed the policy I requested and have been paying for is not what I received. I purchased a garage keepers policy for my auto repair business, going on its second year. The words ‘Garage Keepers’ was mentioned in every correspondence to the office where I requested a Certificate of Insurance be sent to vendors. I have had Jason as my insurance agent for several years, both business and personal. I work with Jason on my personal insurance, and a couple of years ago he found a way to lower my cost without lowering coverage. He really understands how escrow works and was able to save me quite a bit. I work with Matt on my business insurance. We selected Jason Ridley because of his sincere, honest and selfless commitment to our community.
