IDE, based in Cincinnati, OH, is a turn key site-development engineering firm. We provide clients with a single point of contact to ensure effective, accurate communication and coordination of services. IDE'S personnel possess the necessary education and experience to solve complex site development issues with timely, cost-effective and technically sound solutions.
IDE is capable of creating preliminary engineering studies, including feasibility analyses, to determine the proper course of action for developers, municipalities, and governmental agencies. This includes assessment documentation, public meetings, master planning, overall city planning services, and future planning requirements.
IDE has three licensed surveyors on staff with a combined 120 years of experience in planning, design, and land surveying projects. Team personnel have worked closely with government agencies in providing cost effective projects. IDE uses AutoCAD/Land Development 2007 software to generate plans and profiles, as well as project plan documents.
IDE completes full geotechnical investigations when evaluating a site, which includes subsurface explorations, laboratory testing, and geotechnical analysis. IDE engineers have over 40 years of experience performing geotechnical investigations on a variety of subsurface conditions. All geotechnical investigations are developed to meet the specific needs of the client and to accommodate the existing site conditions.
