Services
Strength and conditioning focus on cardio, and muscular endurance. This program uses free weights, body weight, core strength, and drills that build agility. We increase your body parts' ability to work together with efficiency. Many people may have big, broad chest and shoulders, but weak legs and core.
This Program will focus on punching/kicking power, speed, strategy, and movement coordination. Training consists of jump rope, bag work, latter drills, and punching/kick drills. This program is designed to develop masterful technique, increase speed, and maximize power, all while on the move. The best way to avoid being hit is to simply not be in the same place.

Outstanding gym!!! Individualized training to help anyone get in the best shape of their lives. The gym concentrates on strength and conditioning, and mixed martial arts training with some of the best MMA fighters around. I have lost 70lbs training with Me'shack Adams and am in the best shape that I have ever been in!
