Nine years after my previous review, we are still using Fitzpatrick & Tucker for all of our accounting needs. We know we are always in good hands with B.J. and her team. They genuinely care about you. As an example, they strategize through the year to help put you in the best tax financial position possible. Sometimes, I have questions about a journal entry, or something I can't figure out in our books, and they always respond quickly to help solve the problem. I called to arrange tax preparation services. The receptionist told me that Fitzpatrick & Tucker charges $700 for the first visit and they require you to bring your past two years of tax returns to be redone so that they can insure that they have been accurately completed.

Horrible service! I called today to ask some questions and the women who answer kept huffing and puffing like I was an inconvenience. My boyfriend and I have never needed a tax accountant before and being out of state I needed to ask basic questions and she didn't have the time nor care that I needed an appointment. If I could give 0 stars I would. Basic customer service skills should be a must for this company if they want to work with the public.

BJ and her team were lifesavers! My husband had fired his payroll people in the middle of 2012 and was trying to do it himself. The end of the year comes around and I can't make heads or tails of what is still owed or how to do the W-2s and paperwork. BJ Tucker and her firm, Welkley and Tucker are really great. A few years ago, I changed payroll companies mid-quarter. What a mess! BJ took care of all of the correct reporting for me to the state and IRS. She's been preparing my business and personal taxes for years now and helps me avoid stupid mistakes. You can use her services with complete confidence and if for some reason you receive a letter from the IRS - just send it to BJ and its as good as gone! We all need a CPA this good.
