Peking City

First time order from here. Although a few items ordered hit the spot flavor-wise, most items were disappointing - from the shrimp and broccoli (shrimp was not cleaned properly) an egg roll with barely any filling to a lo mein that was flavorless a bust.

Delicious take out!!! We didn’t know what to have for dinner tonight but our meal was a success! We ordered the sesame chicken with broccoli and veggie fried rice, the shrimp lo mein, the shrimp with broccoli and veggie fried rice, and the tofu and mixed vegetables. Best take out I’ve ever had for sure!!!
*Note: Although they send pork rolls with the meals I do wish they sent veggie rolls— I don’t eat pork! Lol I hope they consider this in the future.

Spent 50 bucks, they forgot the egg rolls. Shrimp, and chicken was overcooked. Would not recommend. Drive the extra 10 minutes to go somewhere else.

First l'd like to say that l very rarely leave negative comments. But l have to do it today. I ordered today shrimp & garlic sauce. It came with some shrimp and the rest were ½ pound of sautéed onions. And l mean the main ingredient was onions. No any others type of vegetables. It's disgusting. Unless you love onions that much.That dish should be called onions & some shrimp. I don't recommend this restaurant !!!

This is a great place to stop by! The Pu Pu platter for 2 are SO good. along with the noodles I get the sesame chicken, scallion pancakes, Chicken wings, boneless spare ribs, and also my other favorite food the cold sesame noodles with chicken. The service was great. Eat in here only.

I love the scallion pancakes it’s wicked good. I have probably order it more than a dozen of times by now. Service is nice and is a neat place.

This was my first time here. My hot and sour soup was very good. The cashews and chicken was great in flavor but not enough marinade/sauce. General Tsao's also good in flavor but the sauce was thick, and the beef and broccoli was great.
I will return also because prices were excellent and not blown out of proportion because of the location.

Their food is good. Tried them twice. Pu Pu platter had ribs cooked WAY too long! First order had absolutely NO Sauces in the bag! I called to ask if they could bring some! We just ordered $75 worth of food! So we had to go back for sauce. Second visit made sure we had sauce. Check your bag!

This Chinese place won't deliver to a place that's nine minutes away. Terrible way to run a business never eating here.

Even after reading the reviews, I figured the food would still be good but the service lacking. I was wrong. The food was TERRIBLE, practically inedible. They gave us noodle that were completely plain and didn't include any sauce. We ordered 4 eggrolls, we got three. We ordered brown rice and got white. All of the food truly tasted very badly and I ended up throwing most of it away. Never go here.

The food it's okay. Nothing to rave about. The service is the worst! Today, small order and I am waiting while the two young teens are arguing about who has to get up and do the work. Five minutes I press all the buttons on intercom and nobody answers. I tap on glass window and one teen yells at me for knocking on the glass. So if you look for professional customer service- look elsewhere!

First time ordering here and was very happy with the food! Delivery didn’t take too long, I look forward to eating here again.

Food is good, but the kids working there are absolutely awful. Rude, disrespectful, downright mean. One even went as far as making dirty faces and comments to my very young son. What a brat. They're too young to be working this way I'm pretty sure, and since they want to be as rude as they are, I'll make sure that the right people are aware of them working under age. Absolutely distasteful to have your bully children taking orders and being completely rude to the PAYING customers. Plus, they screw up the orders consistently.

Definitely wouldn't go out of my way for this place

Just what one could want in a neighborhood takeout Chinese spot and the food is way above average in terms of flavor and freshness. I've not been before, but if I find myself in Katonah (which happens from time to time), I will definitely return.
Simply delicious! Not a place offering any ambience to eat in- but who cares!

Good basic Chinese food. Not going to win any awards for interior design, so you may not want to eat in. But if you want reliably good take out, Peking City is a great option.

Love that its in our area! good food, nice people! Sometimes you want convenience, and being in Katonah helps us Bedford Hills residence get descent Chinese food when we need it!

Food and service have gotten better over the last couple of time looks like they fixed themselves up a bit after some yelp reviews. Been back 3 times over the course of 3 months and all was good.

Very good food, polite staff and fast service. The only annoying thing is the bell that pierces your soul when the door opens. I usually get the boneless spare rib lunch special and it has been excellent every time. The prices are very affordable as well.

I have been getting takeout food here for several years. In the last year or so, I've noticed a gradual decline in quality. Last night was an all time low... Ordered sesame chicken, fried pork dumplings and shrimp toast. The shrimp toast was overcooked, greasy and generally tasted blah... the dumplings were tasteless and the pork inside seemed overcooked and lacked any flavor. The sesame chicken was overcooked and cardboard hard. Sauce was thin and lacked flavor. Broccoli looked as if it was old/not completely fresh.

I have to be honest... I don't think I'll go back there

We have been loyal customers of Peking City since we came to the area. It is a nice family business with good food and large portions. There are two adorable 7(?)-year-old boys who man the front counter, taking all phone orders and charging credit cards -- it's very cute and they take the job most seriously. Try not to laugh! (You only really remember that they're little kids when they can barely reach your order over the counter.) Phone orders are ready very quickly, and of course they're open on Christmas. I especially like their healthy menu, including steamed vegetables + chicken

So so food and bad service. It's the only game in town so I guess if you want some thing fast and close in katonàh it will do. If you want good Chinese then go elsewhere.

This place is probably the best chinese food joint in Katonah/Bedford Hills area.. I have ordered from Peking City many times and have yet to be disappointed! I love their boneless spare ribs they are cooked well and have a great sauce to them.. All lunch and dinner combinations come with either an egg roll or wonton soup.. I tend to go with the egg roll. They put soup in styrafoam cups which tends to leave an aftertaste once you finish eating the soup.. Other then that the wait staff are polite and the place is always busy. A must if you are in the area!

Good quality Chinese takeout & reasonable priced! Love that you can order online. The food always tastes hot and fresh. Eggs rolls are yummy as is the fried rice . I feel like that's a sign of good takeout!

The restaurant is ok. Sometimes it smells like diapers. But the dumplings are good tho...

Ordered spare ribs and it was disgusted and burned. never had burned ribs in my life. wont come again

Everything that you would expect from a chinese food resturant. Perfect blend of spices, sauses and meat/veggies. I think that I have a new favorie spot.
