Our family was lucky enough to have worked with Kim when purchasing our home in Davis, CA. Kim made the process absolutely seamless even though we were moving into California from out of state. I would not recommend selling with this broker. I, probably, lost thousands of dollars selling with her, as she withheld pertinent information from me which I needed to make an informed decision. If I had been informed regarding certain information about the buyer of my property, I would have counter-offered to the buyer much more that the amount I accepted. Also, she thought I should list for $15,0000 less than the amount my house actually sold for.
