Went in for my dog she is not doing good she ate something in the trash and hasnt been the same since. Went in hoping they would do a xray and figure it out instead i get there and there xray machine is down dr. seemed like he was annoyed gave my dog medicine thats not working they took my money and that was that so now we are getting a second opinion at a emergency vet because my sick dog waited a week for pride to get her in for nothing

Tried to get my dog into their clinic because he had something wrong with his mouth/teeth and wasn’t eating as usual. When I called they said “your dog isn’t a patient technically because you only come here to get shots”. How does that have anything to do with trying to get an appointment for my dog to see what’s wrong with him?? Also, last time I went the doctor couldn’t even give my dog his yearly shot after trying to stick the needle in 3 times my dog finally got irritated and growled and he got scared of a Poodle/Pomeranian mix. Always a pleasure with Dr. Chen and staff to help my tabby Oliver and Owen. I love the staff they are very nice, genuine and sweet. Very concerning at all times. I would definitely recommend this location after multiple visits. Dr. Chen love what he does and is very passionate about it too you can tell. 😊
