Dropped off my cat for a check up and was told it would take about 2 hours. The technical said we are welcome to call in the meanwhile to get status. Waited for 2 hours and didn't hear from them. Called the # they provided and was told " the vet hasn't seen your cat yet. Don't call us. You will hear from us when we have an update ". The guy was not helpful so we just asked to discharge our cat. Not coming back to this place again.

This animal hospital is amazing with superb patient and customer care from the moment you call for an appointment to the moment I had to say goodbye to my precious and furry baby Coco. It is the most difficult decision I had to make, the whole entire team show so much compassion, love and care to give my Coco the comfort she needed at all times. The amount of understanding, comfort and patient given me to spend the final time to say goodbye in giving my Coco the peaceful and painless time to go run to animal heaven. The spirit of Coco lives on in my heart and memories eternally.

The vet and her techs saved my 17 month old male pug, Dude. He ate a brownie and the team saved his life. Once before Dude ate rocks and dried citrus sick, sick puppy. They pulled him through that also. I would recommend this clinic to anyone that has a treasure pet. The whole staff are caring and kind.

I'm honestly baffled this horrible place has such good reviews. For one thing, all they care about is money. They're in a hurry to get away from you unless you're holding a credit/debit card. Second, they'll withhold information from you if it can get them more money. New pet owners especially beware! They know how little you know and they will take advantage. They did an unnecessary invasive surgery (spay) for my cat(adopted stray) only to find out she was already spayed. They apparently had another option for figuring out she was already spayed but they neglected to tell me until after the fact

I have been taking my cat to another veterinary clinic for years. She has had one condition that has concerned me for going on 3 years now. After taking her to Dr. Mcfarquhar just one time he was able to diagnose her as just having plain old allergies. He listened to me and it was incredibly wonderful to have somebody that worked WITH me to help her! After the second visit it looks like at this point we have it under control. I am completely thrilled with the doctor and the staff at this clinic and have absolutely no intention on going back to her old doctor! Thank you Alma School animal hospital
