I recently noticed that this office posts a picture of A. Amir Mirsajadi. I don't know if he is still there but if he is, run away. Years ago he misdiagnosed (labeled) my bright, beautiful, athletic, daughter with ADD and prescribed Ritalin to which she quickly became dependent. That led to a spiral of destruction we would never have imagined. Later she was diagnosed with anxiety and OCD which means that Ritalin was the exact opposite thing she should ever have been taking. But it was too late. Some years later, in her possessions, I found several Rx pill bottles with his name on them for drugs

I received a voicemail from Dr. B's office yesterday stating there's an issue with getting my kids medication refilled so right at 9AM the following day I called and was immediately thrown into a call queue. First time I was caller number 2 and then after 10 minutes I was transferred straight to voicemail. I immediately called back and was then told that I was caller number 3, then told I was caller 2 and after another 10 minutes I was again transferred straight to voicemail. I once again called back immediately, only to be told I was now caller number 5 waited on hold for another 10 minutes go

I have been a patient for a couple of years now, and have seen changes that were not for the best, or safety of their patients.
First my positive experiences:
My Therapist Jean is the Greatest asset going for that office. She is Friendly, Personable, and always Professional.
She truly is an amazing Therapist.
I had the opportunity in using Jean for tele-appointments over the last few months. Thankfully we could do it this way. The last time I walked into the office, I noticed a change in the front end staff. The office did not follow safety protocol in having Hand Sanitizer readily available

Horribly run office. I’ve been seeing Dr. B for over ten years now, and I like him as a psychiatrist, but I have to wait over an hour every time. The staff is often rude and unhelpful, I was just on hold for 30 minutes. Multiple times I’ve been charged incorrect fees, or fees I’ve already paid that they finally took off after I proved I’ve paid them. Yesterday I had an over the phone appointment with Dr. B. I was told he would call between 5PM-8PM which is already a very large window. He never called. I called today to find out why (no one answered for 30 minutes) and no explanation, no

This is a very busy office. The wait is very long for Dr. B., but it is worth it. He is kind, interested and has really helped me stabilize the medication needed to control my depression. Staff is always pleasant and helpful. I would give this group 5 stars, if it were not for the lengthy wait to see the doctor. Bring a book.

If you think your coming for a Doctor appointment and should be a quick appointment, think again. On average, you will be waiting over an hour just to be seen for 10-15 min tops. The Doctor is great, but it literally takes all day to get in. Make sure you plan a whole day off from work to take your kids or yourself here for assistance. I dread this appointment. I have no patience and what a place to make you wait. 95% of people here have emotional issues and you
Make them wait hours to be seen.

I have never had a bad experience with this office. The assistant at the front desk is always very pleasent, sweet and makes you feel comfortable even when your quite a bit late to your actual appointment time. That is something I appreciate very much since my internal clock seems to run differently then the actual time. My doctor is wonderful as well. Always extremely kind, understanding and works with you on whatever issues you are having troubles dealing with. I can't speak for the other doctor's and staff there, but my doctor has been nothing, but helpful. I definitely appreciate him and front
