I feel like Liz at Southern Athena not only helped me sell my home, but she also helped me with an enormous life transition in the process. She brought the comps up in my condo complex and sold it at the highest price per square foot than previously before. In the beginning of my decision to sell, she referred me to some stellar vendors for home repairs that she has deep relationships with. It was painless. Liz with Southern Athena represented us in a house sale and truly astounded me with her organization, knowledge, diligence, approach to pricing and attracting buyers, and negotiating on our behalf. We had ten showings the first weekend and multiple offers on a house all the way out in Woodbury! She went to bat for us so many times and saved the day when a seller’s agent and lender were proving less that scrupulous. Liz and Melissa did a great job with helping us sell our home in Nashville. They came in and told us exactly what needed to be done to the house, priced it accordingly and we went under contract in 3 days. They were professional, had excellent communication and even helped us paint when we were running behind!
