Since we're so confident you'll love your first experience, call or click today to schedule an appointment, come meet us, and we'll change your oil and filter for FREE! Motorworks is an honest garage that only performs the work required AND has extremely talented and knowledgeable mechanics. They aren't the least expensive, but are also not the most expensive.
After checking three other garages for the same work I had them perform recently, I found motorworks to be within $75 of the least expensive garage. Since I found them to be very honest about the mechanical condition of my car, I view the money spent as an investment toward a professional relationship that I feel comfortable trusting over time.

Motor Works saved the day for me again once again! I just noticed my last review was three years ago and wanted to let everyone know that Motor Works Still gets a five star rating from me every time! Thanks to Sara for her excellent customer service!, to Paul who is always helpful!, and to all the great mechanics who as customers we rarely get to meet. And last but not least thanks to the owner Greg, he obviously understands how to manage a top notch business!

We've used Motor Works for many years- it the reason why we buy Honda's since they only work on Honda & Toyota.
I was having a rather bad day and of course my tire pressure light came on. I stopped by to have the pressure checked and almost before I had a chance to say anything, Paul had the car and said he'd check.
Sara, the client care coordinator asked me how my day was going, I told her she immediately showed how much she cared for what I was saying and was there with a hug! Now that is full service! Not only did Paul fix my car, but Sara made me feel better. Giving

Just had my pilot serviced today, they were upfront about what the expected costs would be and then called immediately to let me know what issues their inspection turned up, provided pics of the inspection so I was able to see what they meant, walked me through the whole report, picked me up from the metro and even gave me a "welcome to the family gift". Top rate customer service as well, Sara was wonderful! However it was how my car handled after and the little extras of kindness they did. Best part, my steering wheel, which has squeaked since the day I bought the car, the squeaking

This review is strictly for the woman answering the phone... morning of Feb. 3, 2017. INCREDIBLY RUDE. And then just hung up on me in mid-sentence. I'd be remiss not to mention the technicians/folks with the skills are great but, again, this is just for their "gatekeeper" who has convinced me to take my business and word of mouth elsewhere.

Motor Works was recommended to me by my father-in-law quite vehemently. When my wife and I bought her parents' '02 Accord, it came attendant with a folder filled with Motor Works maintenance records. When my clutch refused intermittently to disengage, I brought it to them. I was assisted by Paul, who was courteous, professional, and genuinely competent in all ways. We've recently moved into an apartment, and my lease prohibits vehicle maintenance in the parking lot, and I've a bit of experience fixing my own Hondas, having owned a few prior to this, and I found their diagnosis

I have first started using Motor Works over 10 year ago. They had a great service adviser, shop manager and very talented mechanics. They did great work and were always reliable and trustworthy. There was no overselling or high pressure. A few years ago, the Service Adviser and shop manager both left, as well as a few mechanics - I kept in touch with them and was told that they had a lot of issues with how they owner wanted to run the business. When I returned to Motor Works with new staff, I immediately felt that the business has changed. Now, there was a lot more recommendations for unexpectedly

This absolutely pains me to have to update my review, but I feel it is necessary. There have been a lot of front end changes recently which I feel are impacting their ability to communicate with the customer and make the customer feel comfortable. Additionally, I'm not certain what is going on in the back, but the service is no longer up to the expectations that I have come to expect.
It seems small, but I am not a Mrs. That is my mother. She's great! But, she isn't me. (If you want to be formal, "Ms." is always a safe bet - just don't assume I am married) After

Honest mechanics. I've been taking my 2007 honda cr-v here since I moved to the area four years ago. I found Motor Works on yelp so I wanted to pay it forward. In my 3 times I've dealt with them (non functioning ac, stalling car, and and transmission noise) they have been wonderful. Fair pricing too. Last time we went to drop my car off, it was pretty late at night (after 8). The owner was there still in the office, and took the time to talk to us about the issue with the car so they could diagnose and fix it the next day.

I can only attest to the customer service at motor works. I brought my 10 year old car in that was having trouble switching gears. Dave did the diagnostics for the car, found out what was wrong and after realizing how much it would cost to fix, he looked over the rest of the car to find out what else needed to be done with the car. This information was extremely helpful because we needed to make the decision to scrap the car or fix it. He went above and beyond and let us take a few days to decide what to do. Dave was so helpful and responsive and kept us in the loop the whole way. Thanks, Dave

I have been going to Motor Works for the past few years and I would highly recommend them.
Motor Works does a very professional job and they do not pressure you into getting service. I normally take advantage of the free ride to the metro, but because my car was going to be in the shop for three days, they provided a loaner car.

Motorworks feels like a part of my (automotive) family, I can trust the front office staff, their superior technicians, and their integrity completely. I don't worry about my car anymore because I know I can trust them to do that for me. Top Flight work, reasonable prices, high quality service - What more could you want? Well, you could want Dave & Tom & Gregg. They take care of me as if I were part of their family and that is incredible these days. Their picture is listed under "superior customer service" in the dictionary. What else? Oh, yeah. Honda dealerships

This place is great. First, the customer service is very personalized. One of the two guys that runs it always calls you personally to explain what is going to be done before they do it and they will tell you what can wait as well which is even better in my book! They will also give you a ride to the metro and pick you up which means you can get your service done while not missing any wokr for the day. Dave even went so far as to help me out when I had a tire pop and although they were not open and I had to go to Mr. Tire he returned my call and told me not to get anything but my tire done

I was genuinely amazed at the poor level of service at Motor Works given their stellar reviews. My experience with the friendly and helpful staff was quickly soured by the unprofessional behavior of the service consultant. I was further astonished at their astronomical parts and labor rates which are on par with most dealerships.
Many people are unaware that OEM car parts (and tires) can be purchased online for considerably cheaper than what repair shops charge for generic parts. Most shops will even list the parts you need when you get your car diagnosed so you know exactly what to get. Of

The Honda Works experience is something that gets passed down in families. Trust in the service industry - especially with auto services - is rare thing. We trust them completely.
