Services
Licensed Psychologist, Current Resident of Gainesville, FL and Owner of Affirmative Counseling and Psychologist Services, LLC. To me, therapy is a sacred and unique space where change is not just possible, it is inevitable. I am grateful and fortunate to be able to walk with my clients through some of the most exciting and heart breaking life experiences that humble me as a human being.
Therapy one-on-one is a great opportunity to begin exploring your struggles and begin the process of self-discovery and healing in a safe and confidential space. All parts of you will be welcomed into the counseling space and you will feel a collaborative relationship between yourself and the counselor.
Relationships are hard and complicated though some would say they are the only thing that truly matters in life. Learning how to not just exist within our relationships but also to grow and thrive is a challenge for even the best relationships. Relationship therapy is an opportunity to attend to the connections most important to us and get support and feedback in a safe space.
Workshop/Presentation: $200/hour, 5 hour minimum (including both preparation and delivery of workshop or presentation). Yes, on a case by case basis. I believe therapy is an investment of time, energy, and resources by me and my clients and I enjoy talking with prospective clients about ways to balance these.
