I rented a property managed by inland management and glad to write this recommendation. Their property manager (Ruben) is the best property manager that I have come across, he is courteous, diligent, accommodating and transparent. Most of the times, maintenance issues were solved within 24 hours timeline.

These people are legitimate thieves. They charged me nearly $1,000.00 out of my $1,550 rental deposit for "miscellaneous" and carpet cleaning. I had taken immaculate care of this apartment, spot cleaning the carpet constantly, re-caulking my bathroom, gluing kitchen my counter top back together, heat never even worked at the dump. Unfortunately I was out of the country when they ripped me off and left with no options for the next 2 years to refute the charges. 100% scam artist punks thieving honest renters of their hard earned money.

These folks brought me out of Yelp retirement. I've never had a worse renting experience in my entire life. Not even in Switzerland where they typically hate expats and I could not understand their language...
Bottom line, the owner took ~1000$ (including a carpet cleaning that I got someone to do) from our deposit and we lived there for about ~11 months (full lease but we were gone for fumigation and vacation a fair amount).
That's not the reason for the bad review. This is the reason:

I lived at one of their properties in Hermosa for a year. They didn't bother me, I didn't bother them. On the two occasions that I needed a plumber immediately, they were quick to respond and took care of the problem the same day/evening. Only 4 stars cause when I moved in the place had clearly not been repainted and things were a bit less than clean, but overall I'd say a low maintenance company for low maintenance people.
