I’m so pleased with the level of custom service, today. “Grandpa” went out of his way to ensure that my order was exactly what my Great-Aunt loves, even though the item wasn’t listed on Door Dash’s menu. He was very pleasant and patient with me, over the phone, although they sounded extremely busy, in the background…and I’m allll the way in Charlotte, NC, placing a surprise order for my Aunt, because her favorite beer lover is from Flavors. They, truly, made me feel like I was right at home, today, even though I’m miles away. You all seem to know the true REASON FOR THE SEASON!

They have great food and customer service. But some of the pricing is a little high especially on the oxtails. For the price you only get about two pieces and rice.

I can't speak to any of the negative reviews i have just read . I found the environment down home and cozy .the food was excellent and the service was well above par. The menu is very large and the diverse foods that can be be ordered is better than i have found at any one stop restaurant. Thank you. See you again soon.

The food was excellent prompt and customer service was amazing!! Food all made to order even got to meet the cook!! Definitely coming back!

Used to love flavors. Now? I feel like they playing in our face and our money! This is $4 worth of Mac and cheese??

Waste of my money. Food not seasoned or flavorful. Ordered 2 catfish plates, tilapia plate & ox tails. The only thing half way decent was the Okra. Everything else you can have.

My husband and I ordered almost $100 in food and it wasnt worth it. my chitterlings was $11 for a small cup wasnt cleaned and no taste at all. same problem with everything we ordered NO SEASONING. got a steak suppose to be medium rare it was well done very hard. collard greens blend. for the prices the food should be top notch. First and last time ordering from them. whoever put 4 stars must be related to owners.. my out of town family wanted to try this restaurant out we was soooooooo disappointed.

I can't talk to customer service because we had food delivered. The food was so disappointing. The gizzards were over cooked and SALTY. the salad was brown and old. The seafood pasta was horrible, no seasoning, only had like 5 penne noodles, the sauce was watery, the broccoli was mushy and it cost $25, the serving size was worth, at best, $12. The shrimp boat was ok but we ordered a shrimp boat and shrimp plate which was different prices but was the exact same thing. The dirty rice tasted like the ground beef was old and it was greasy. I had such high hopes for this place because of all the options

My daughter and granddaughters were taking me out for my birthday. This place was nice, really nice. Service was quick, the food was great, the atmosphere was festive. The decor was modern and chic.They brought out an individual cheese cake (gratis) with a candle and sang happy birthday in Chinese. ( My granddaughters take Chinese at school.)The owner came out and spoke with them in Chinese and us in English. Great place! I'll go there again for the food and the efficient service.

I normally don’t post but stopped by here for dinner. Glad I did, the food was great and the owner Candy was super personal and nice. I had the general tso chicken and spring rolls. Highly recommend this place. Support your local business.

Got the smoked turkey leg plate with green beans (obviously came from a can) and rice & gravy.
0 flavor. Everything that I could actually eat needed salt or seasoning. Smoked turkey looks more like a boiled turkey leg that’s been put in the oven. Hard, dry, nasty, not a drop of juice in sight. Took one bite and that’s it. $12 plate.
Also got the Mac & cheese & fries, with an extra side of mashed potatoes. fries also had zero flavor. FRIES. $8 total for all.
Also got a side of broccoli & cheese. $3 for 2 Tiny florets, 5 mini stalks and cheese. Not even worth $2.

The food is absolutely delicious. The owners followed the CDC recommendations; they wore a mask & gloves. Just call & order what you want and you can pick up your amazing meal at curbside! You will not be disappointed!!!!

Wonderful carryout tonight! Savory fish filets, twice cooked pork, pan fried dumplings, spring rolls & hot/sour soup. ALL so great. Can’t wait to return to try other dishes I have seen posted. Great, friendly customer service! Food was on time. Beautiful interior.
