Specializing in richly lit portraiture both in studio and on location, his strongest attribute is in making photographs that are beautiful and creative out of situations and locations that often have very little to offer.

I met Ray from Forest Auto when my motorcycle broke down right in front of his shop. I got to know Ray while waiting for a flat bed truck, and eventually asked him if I could photograph him. I have a new found respect for Ray and anyone else who does auto body work. It's not just filling dents and painting fenders.
Serenity Stables is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing a center for healing & peace for veterans. The story focused on the founder of the program, Rene Stone. Serenity Stables uses equine therapy to help the veterans go from "combat to calm". In my short time at the stables I could clearly see the stress and anxiety leave the faces of these veterans as they worked with these beautiful animals.
