Looking for a genuine person, Kylie is the perfect realtor. No matter what your timeline or your budget, she'll work with you. I'm based in California and was looking for an investment house by the Gulf of Florida, and Kylie made it happen. She took the time to get to know me and what I required. Kylie was my buying agent. She did an awesome job working with a very difficult selling agent who was not very responsive.
My offer was accepted even though it was 10% lower than the list price which had been lowered a couple of times.
My offer wasn’t accepted because the house was overpriced at the time we submitted my offer, it was accepted because Kylie is an excellent negotiator.
Kylie is also very positive, and stays aligned with her client’s needs.

Kelly and Kylie were my third realtors because the ones I had before them were poor in comparison when it came to timely communication and understanding my need and what I was looking for. They hit the ground running for me on day 1 and never let up til I had a home. Kylie was nearly always available in some way or form, was always friendly, and always in tune with what I needed. Because they’re with homes for heroes, they also helped lower my closing costs out of pocket by contributing some of their commission to it. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. Totally deserve it!

Kelly was great from start to finish. Even as crazy as the real estate market is she went out of her way to keep us informed and to answer our questions through the entire process. The buyers we had were pretty difficult, every correspondence came through their lawyers and was very rigid and impersonal. They must have had bad experiences in the past because they lawyered up as soon as the offer was accepted. All the way through the trying experience of dealing with buyers who clearly trusted no one and were looking for any loophole or advantage, Kelly kept things
