Michael Pfeifer was a great help to my family during a difficult time. Last year, my father fell and broke his hip. Mr. Pfeifer began working with us the day after the accident. Very poor communication, inaccurate calculations of assets resulting in thousands of dollars of nursing home costs that should have been avoided. Additional documents required after they told us they had everything they needed, and then not responding to emails asking if what we provided was sufficient or not.

Michael helped my family complete a medicaid application for my elderly mother. The process was complex, lengthy and, at times difficult , but he and his office staff were always there to answer all questions, to help with the gathering of materials necessary to the process, and to help complete the necessary forms. Subsequently he recommended and then helped us obtain a home health aide to assist and stay with my mother so she could have someone with her at all times. I should also add that Michael helped us update my mother's will, generate a durable power of attorney, and explained all of it
