My family started a malpractice lawsuit against a nursing home for the maltreatment that my mother received over 4 years ago with Duffy and Duffy and since that time my other family members have passed away. The lawyers at the firm were able to easily transfer everything over to me as the executor of my mother's estate and move forward with the lawsuit. We were able to get a settlement with the guidance of Thomas Gallivan who explained everything clearly and was invested in getting justice for my family. With his support and guidance, I hope that this nursing home will make the necessary changes

Recently having been dealt with a serious car accident of my dad one of the most important matters to me was the responsiveness of the firm. I posted an honest review of what transpired with this firm. I then received harassing phone calls (9 in total from 3 different people), 2 letters, an email and defamatory comments in response to my review.
Bottom line is the firm claimed to have sent authorizations to providers for medical records, i followed up with the providers myself and they ALL said they never received anything. I then sent the authorizations myself and got all my records within a week.
Not amused by the lies and their attempts to intimidate me. A good firm wouldn't fight so hard against 1 review.
