What a wonderful experience toward my children and myself! I was worried about how my two toddlers would react as this was their first visit. Both the 2 and 3 year old did great with the help of everyone! The doctors are so kind and even go out of their way to introduce themselves if they aren't seeing you.
One of the things we are most proud of here at Great Grins for KIDS - Oregon City is the way we treat our patients. Treating kids presents a lot of unique challenges that your typical dental practice is not ideally set up to handle. When a child enters a dental practice, many times, they are nervous or even scared to see the dentist.
We understand how hard it can be to get your kids to brush, let alone floss. It requires commitment on your part to helping them get the proper techniques down. It also requires that you help them to brush and floss every morning and night until they get the habit down. Because we know how hard it can be to get these habits ingrained in your young kids, we have a few helpful tips and tricks to share with parents on how to make thing stick!

I have taken my kids to Great Grins in Oregon City since my 6 year old daughter turned 1 year old. I now have a 4 year old who I have taken there as well. We enjoyed our experience there, and were reassured that they they even told us with great pride that they see the children for as long as they want - even into adulthood. I'm big on trying to stay with the same doctor/dentist once I find one I like, so this was nice to hear.

It was my daughter's first dentist appointment. She's 2.5 years old, and of course I was a little nervous about how she'd do. Stacy made her feel so comfortable before brushing her teeth, showing her all the tools and letting her feel the "tooth tickler" before even getting into the chair. Dr. Mark was also very friendly and did a great job keeping my daughter calm and completing the exam quickly. After we left, my daughter felt it was such a positive experience, she was saying how she wanted to go back to the dentist again! I'm happy to have found such a skilled pediatric dentist.

Terrible experience. I feel I'm being generous giving 2 stars and am only doing so because the hygienist was fine. She wasn't particularly kind but at least not cold and judgmental like the Doctor. As is echoed in other online reviews below, the Doctor has zero bedside manner and was borderline rude to both me and my daughter. It was my daughters first visit. Nothing was explained or showed to her. I don't even believe the Doctor introduced herself to my kid. In addition the facility looked worn and there was nothing but plastic sheeting between us and the other child being drilled

Brought both of my boys in for a dental cleaning & exam. The staff is so friendly & the Dentist made my children feel very comfortable. He explained everything very well. & took their time. Didn't feel rushed at all.
They also give kids a prize at the end of their appointment. My kids were so happy!

I have been taking my kids to Great Grins for years now. Two of my kids are grown and now have to find a dentist that treats adults but my other two are still going here. They are an exceptional office and I would not dream of taking my kids anywhere else. If you are looking for a good pediatric dentist, look no further. They are wonderful from the dentists, to the hygienists, to the office staff.

My son was very nervous and scared of the dentist prior to coming to Great Grins. They have been the best to my son and I feel so comfortable with him in thier hands. There are a lot of choices when it comes to pediatric dentists but hands down Great Grins is exceptional and the doctors and staff make this very apparent.

No, no and more no, pushy, rude, not concerned over your child freaking out, definitely they don't want you to stay with your child...gee wonder why...so they can just do what they want regardless of what you or your child say or does....the guidelines say I can't be hateful or rude...ok, just don't take your babies here.

This dentists are wonderful , they are very professional. My 7 year old son had major teeth problem ,1st we took him to another family dentist and my son deny to get the treatment over there and also that 1st dentist gave me the shockingly expensive price to fix my son teeth even after using the insurance its still very very expensive. So that 1st dentist refer us to go to great grin kids , then we came to great grin kids, everybody was so nice and professional, dr.fariba mutschler were very nice and clear explaining to me whats going on with my son teeth and what they were going to do to fix it
