Well for myself I found them a most professional and compassionate team Ronald A. Luzim and his assistant Robin Gordon. Right from the start they made me feel comfortable. Robin was a phone call away to answer any questions that came up and put me at ease. She was wonderful & Ron would have positive words right from the beginning. Mr Luzim was knowledgeable, professional, kind, compassionate and explained all issues in a thorough manner. All questions were answered, and he took steps to correct an issue that I had no idea was an issue, before drawing up any paperwork. We were working against a deadline of 2-3 days and it all came together thanks to the efficiency of his and Robin’s work effort. Their “can do” attitude is one of their greatest assets. We felt comfortable with the entire process. Very ethical gentleman. The costs were very reasonable also. In addition, he had to deal with a language barrier!

I really don't understand how this is supposed to be a law office but the " paralegal " is very incompetent and uncouth. I call to talk to someone about a case to get more understanding of what it is this law firm is capable of doing but instead of even listening she continued to tell me you're wasting your time & you don't need to know my name & your suit would be nonsense....... how is this person going to tell me about the suit when she hasn't even listened to what the issue is?
