My nephew is a disabled vet. He was in a terrible accident and his car was towed by Hill. They were the rudest most unprofessional group of people I have ever met. They tried to scam him at every turn. The only reason they are getting one star is because I can't give them 0 stars. Everyone was rude for John the owner, to Robin the office lady, and the driver. I'm sorry my nephew even fought for people like them. Ugly Ugly People.

Very nice people, but that wasn't the problem. They fixed my radiator hose... only to find out that they took all the bolts off the radiator and forgot to put them back on. They said the problem was the frame was bent. So I set an appointment with a body shop. When I told them I would take it somewhere else, they said it wasn't the frame. Now they said it was the motor mounts. They said I needed 5 and there was only 3... The dealer ship said my car only has 3 motor mounts. I called Hills and they said they would fix it if I wanted... But I said, No thank you. I will never go there again.
