Founded in 1984, Correction Services provides services to Courts, individuals and offenders in Southwest Missouri. The organization's Professional staff of Certified Substance Abuse Counselors, provides the most effective services available within the State. Correction Services offers 10 hour, weekend, on-site out-patient programs, as well as, individualized programs for voluntary and court involved individuals.

Services
Individual and Group Therapy sessions with the emphasis to resolve the challenges associated with substance use, abuse and addiction issues. Client-paid fees. Drug Education Program (D.E.P.) is a 10 hour Marijuana Education Program scheduled once per month. On-Site Drug and Alcohol testing services are provided to Courts, Employers and Individuals.
The Missouri S.A.T.O.P. (Substance Abuse Traffic Offender Program) exists for the purpose of helping driver's effect return of their driving privelege after a substance-involved traffic offense. Some people who receive DWI's do not have significant issues with their use of alcohol and others may be quite harmfully involved.
Programs, treatment services, evaluations and counseling sessions are available by appointment. We have offices in Springfield, Carthage and Bolivar for these purposes. Additionally, we conduct classes on-site or through a hotel conference room for a more relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. Programs are conducted primarily on weekends, so as to be most convenient for most people.

Great people, always friendly and accommodating as possible. I can only speak for Vince as he's the only counselor/teacher I've had but he's amazing. Actually cares and treats everyone with the upmost respect. However inconvenient the process, he makes it more than bearable. Dare I say enjoyable at times

Great place to get SATOP done! Lisa and the crew there are awesome, if you like real people, that are here to help I would highly recommend. I’ve been coming here for 12 months. If someone doesn’t like this place then they have some serious issues within themselves or an addiction they aren’t willing to part from. Some people don’t like hearing the truth, or being told what they can and can’t do. Great experience!

This place is awful. I finally just walked out. The instructor is mean and abusive. Not supportive at all! We were forced to answer personal questions and then berated for our answer. You aren’t even allowed to use the restroom unles it’s during your one 15 minute break in the middle of the 4 hour session. It was like being in jail with a nasty guard. It was so bad I made a formal complaint to the director in Jeff city. There are other sites in Spfld that offer level 3. Ones in Nixa and the other one is over at Burrell.
