Mr. Davis graduated from the University of North Florida with a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and a minor in Political Science. Subsequently, Mr. Davis attended Florida A&M University, College of Law in Orlando, Florida where he received the degree of Juris Doctor. Mr. Davis has been a resident of Flagler County since 2008.

I recently was involved in a situation that required seeking out a local attorney. although Davis Law was not the least expensive, it was worth every penny. contrary to public opinion on most attorneys. Josh Davis delivered on every single promise he made to me. throughly reviewed every aspect of my problem and told me the options available, but the most important part of my case he delivered MORE THAN HE PROMISED. not just "not guilty" but better. the entire case was "dismissed" an ouitstanding accomplishment. i know in the future before i do anything legally i will stop and consult him first

In 2016 Josh Davis represented me on my 9th DUI I was looking at prison time again but he got me inpatient rehab 90 day program SMA stone street this was the first time my sentence gave me a chance for some help my sobriety date is 5 24 16 because I was sober I early terminated 5 years probation in 2 and half years because of Josh convincing state attorney and judge that prison was not going to help my alcoholism He is the best
