I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor with over 25 years experience in private practice and community mental health. My master's degree is in psychology, and I have extensive training and experience in psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, client-centered, and existential theory and psychotherapy.

People with codependent tendencies often find themselves in one-sided, emotionally destructive and/or abusive relationships.
