Tara Knight is the founding member and senior partner of the firm of Knight & Cerritelli LLC located in New Haven, Connecticut. Attorney Knight specializes in criminal defense law and is board-certified in criminal trial advocacy by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. She was appointed by the Expanded Board of the Yale Law School as a Clinical Tutor in Law and has taught trial practice at the Yale Law School yearly since 2012.
Noor Abu-Hantash is an associate attorney at the law firm of Knight & Cerritelli, LLC. She is admitted to practice law in the State of Connecticut, the State of Florida, as well as the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut.
Prior to joining the firm, Attorney Abu-Hantash worked as an Assistant Public Defender at the Miami-Dade Public Defender's Office, where she represented indigent clients charged with the commission of various felonies and misdemeanors.While in Florida, Attorney Abu-Hantash tried many misdemeanor and felony cases to verdict and represented hundreds of clients through various stages of the criminal process.

Terrible, overpriced had a case of young man go to trial and lost charged absurd amount then got the Attorney that they did not believe would be the trial attorney, had to pay appeal Attorney who had case over turned and thrown out for 1/5 cost. Don’t do it! over hyped law firm, if think Knight is gonna be your Attorney be sure that is clear in writing before paying a dime, don’t fall for the bait & switch cause we did and family member had already provided a large payment just leaving the feeling of being strong armed into higher fees and the. Getting sub par defense!

Words cannot begin to explain how appreciative I am of the law firm of Knight & Cerritelli. To be completely honest, I am an individual who has a lengthy criminal history, and all my criminal activities are in consistency of fraudulent behaviors. With the charges we recently settled in court, I could have easily been charged with persistent offender under CGS 53a-40(c); which with no uncertainty would have increased the amount of imprisonment imposed. I couldnt be more happy with the results i got from attorney Tara Knight i was sure i was looking at atleast probation for my charges but her meticulous work got my charges (which were felonies ) dropped to a simple misdameanor i would highly recomend her and Noor Abu Hantash to anyone who wants results for there money best attorneys in new haven county pound for pound the whole state.

Strongly recommend! As soon as I walked into their building they started to build rapport and gave me reassurance that everything was going to be alright. The amount of dedication they placed into my case was a shocker to me, a person who was losing hope in the legal process.
