Stephanie was great! She helped me purchased my first home. Stephanie was always available via text/call and email when I had questions. She gave decent advice to help me with decision making. She was very thorough when we were at open houses and go over details about each places we saw and always being super patience. Stephanie asked me what I was looking for (I said it must be convenient to grocery shops and public transportation and few others things) before we met the first time in person. After that, every Redfin link I sent to her and every listing she share with me, met all the requirements

From start to finish Stephanie was incredibly professional. When we first connected she asked questions that really painted a picture about where I was in the process and what my values and lifestyle consisted of. She asked me at what cadence I would like to receive notifications for potential properties. She even educated me about the various reports / disclosures that are sometimes included with the property information as well as took the time to walk me through what offer paperwork looks like. I've got to say, I didn't expect to have someone explain so many pieces of the puzzle so
