If I could give negative stars, I would. I normally eat here at least once a month and get it to go. The last 2 times I’ve been completely displeased. Last time I got filet mignon medium well and it was rare. Tonight, I called in the order of chicken & shrimp hibachi and salmon hibachi. We got 1 chicken hibachi and 1 shrimp hibachi. I called to let them know and they offered to make it right. Well it gets home the second time and the salmon is completely raw and cold on the inside. At this point, there is no point in calling again. Completely dissatisfied.

I do realize that they may have been short handed due to covid but this was my second poor experience at this location. I don't think I will try again. It was my birthday and because they assumed I had a seafood allergy they insisted on cooking my food in the back..... needless to say I ended up not even able to eat with my party and had to take my food to go due to the fact that it took so long to prepare. Also, the chef was incredibly unintertaining!

I have been to Mikata twice now and I am nothing short of impressed. Both times we had hibachi and it was fantastic. I think our Chef's name was Richard and he was amazing. Hilarious, great show, delicious food, excellent service, and overall a great place to go. If you want dinner and a show Mikata is the place to go!
