We are very happy dealing with Bree as the sellers agent. She helped us through many hurdles and situations albeit not being buyers agent. We recognize that she is very busy and hence getting her on the phone is an arduous task, nevertheless she always replied or called back in reasonable time to accomplish the task at hand. We have 2 potential new San Diego bound families from New York and we will not use anyone else except Bree.

Bree did an amazing job helping us with our crazy request - find us our dream home in Rancho Santa Fe with only one weekend in town to find it! Not only was she willing to show us homes all over town in a marathon day, but she was also a trustworthy point person for us when we flew back to our current home and needed to complete the process remotely. I was so happy to have found Bree! I was not from the area and really didn't know much about the San Diego area. From putting my house on the market to final close Bree had all elements of the sale taken care of in an organized and professional way. Just the initial staging and photo shoot brought more hits on all the real estate web sites such as Zillow than other listings, week after week.
This media exposure resulted in several offers the first week on the market. All through the sales process Bree and her team of real estate experts made the process as seamless as could be when selling a primary residence. In the end due to superior negotiating skills my house closed $20,000 higher than earlier offers
