Deb Berman and Pat Kandel worked with us for three years before we found the perfect house. Never during that time did we feel pressured to buy. Best realtors ever!!! I had seen the Berman Kandel signs all over my neighborhood and others for years, so why not speak with them? They are the most professional real estate team I have ever encountered. We listed our home with Berman Kandel on a Saturday, they had photos taken on Monday, open house was Tuesday and by Friday we were in escrow. Yes that was a total of 7 days. We had multiple offers and 14 days later our escrow closed. WOW! They also helped locate our next home and we will close on Feb. 27. How lucky can we be? Berman Kandel knows their business!!! BermanKandel closed escrow for me... I bought land and was not sure they could help if it did not have a house... I have a lot of clients moving in and out of the area frequently and I always refer them to Berman and Kandel - specifically to Rebecca. She is always professional and really listens to her clients. She is thorough and handles everything so well that you don't have to stress about anything, which is great because moving is one of the most stressful things to do! I have to say I could not have been happier with the service I received from Debra Berman. My wife and I are now empty nesters and were looking to relocate to a more "relaxed" area, which is why we were looking at buying in the Marina.
