We seek to progress Alaska's sustainability through effective communication, collaboration, and implementation. The mission of EBSC Engineering is to Effectively Build Sustainable Communities. All projects are approached with a commitment to supporting the community in developing economically feasible, culturally acceptable, and locally sustainable facilities.
It is our interest to see that the best planning and design approach is taken to maximize community interests and needs while providing practical and cost effective transportation design alternatives. We are confident that a collaborative effort between EBSC and our select subcontractors will provide the experience and talent to accomplish the scope of work.
To address U.S. Coast Guard and EPA requirements, EBSC Egineering provides fuel spill prevention and response planning support for bulk fuel storage facilities throughout Alaska. We work with members of tribal councils, school districts, native corporations, and government agencies on drafting Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure Plans (SPCCP), Facility Response Plans (FRP), and Operation Manuals (OM) for bulk fuel tank farms.
EBSC Engineering collaborates with many Alaskan Land Developers including institutions, agencies, and private firms on a variety of commercial development projects within Alaska. We have an understanding of the unique conditions, regulations and permitting requirements found throughout the Municipality of Anchorage and beyond.
