AWFUL so called attorney. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!! My mom used her services and wasted over $4000. Her office staff and paralegals were rude and hateful. She would charge almost $70 for an email or phone call and if you didn’t answer (because some people have to work) would still charge you for making the phone call AND more money for leaving a voicemail. My mom wrote an email stating her frustration with one of her paralegals and her rude comments, and she charged my mom $70 for just writing an email voicing her concerns!! And on top of that, charged again for responding to THAT email

We received prompt and courteous service with extremely reasonable rates. Our legal issues were resolved in much less time than anticipated and we are very happy with the end result. If we were to need legal services again (we can hope not) we will definitely choose Ms. Gillett to take care of those.

She threw away the case file. Monica Stallings wasted our time because she hates poor people and views them as stupid. I told her my child would end up hurt if she didn't help and she was. The woman quit because we had to move. I don't understand why she can't take her clients word for what it is and have compassion. We needed to leave a family member's house and we did. Then my daughter and I called her office. She could have had us in court much sooner. I was attending college, my daughter was stuck needing therapy with a family shes of no relation to and this attorney is not professional. Her

Monica went above and beyond to help me with my case! She spent five days in trial for me and was incredible, to say the least. She was aggressive and asked all the questions I wanted her to ask and more. If you are a mom, she is the best attorney in Henderson County for child custody! She cares and will work hard for you! No, attorneys aren't cheap, but the cost is worth it for a good one. She's worth every penny!
