Your initial consultation is free. If retained, our fee for most one-point moving violations is $99. Our goal is to get your traffic ticket dismissed using our legal expertise. In California, there are strict rules governing traffic violations. Here is a step by step process of how the San Diego Traffic Court works. Use it to help you decide whether you want to handle contesting your traffic tickets yourself or whether you should hire an attorney to handle the process for you. When you receive a traffic ticket from an officer, it will have the traffic court location where the ticket will be handled, the court date, and the time of the hearing.
Traffic ticket Representation outside of San Diego starts at $199 and may require posting of bail. While primarily we deal with cases in San Diego County we also offer in person representation in all Courts in Southern California. The process for tickets outside of San Diego are slightly different and may require posting bail.
If you are charged with an infraction violation and you want to dispute your ticket, Vehicle Code section 40902 allows an individual to challenge traffic infraction citations in writing without having to appear in person at court. This procedure is called a trial by written declaration.

Santee cops were sitting at a stop light catching people running red lights on right turns. The officer pulled me over and was in a hurry giving me a ticket. He didn't even give me a chance to get my insurance and write me up for driving without insurance. Called Mr. Ticket because a cop-worker recommended them. Best decision ever. Sent my insurance to them and they took care of the rest. Case was dismissed, and I didn't have to go to court.

Listen... it is what it is. You got a ticket and you have to either pay it or go to court. We all understand the risk in fighting a ticket - that risk isn't limited to just us. Attorneys too. Although, we pose more of a risk to our cases as opposed to an attorney who knows the process... so in this case.. I trusted Mr. Ticket to do what I couldn't do.
I knew if I went to court, like I did my other ticket, I'd be at the mercy of my own anxiety, police professionals, etc. not having the experience these professionals do, make the court room way overwhelming. So I was all up for paying

MT did a decent job. Wasn't able to get the dismissal but they got the ticket reduced to a lesser price. In reviewing the staff they explained things clearly and were helpful over the phone. Would I use them again? I hope not to but if I needed to I would. They also referred an online traffic school which was super helpful in getting that completed.

I came out worse than if I had taken care of the ticket myself. I would just have to pay the fine no license suspended. I hire these clowns and now I have to pay fines and license suspended GREAT! The lawyer then tells me that I can have my wife take me to work. I AM SINGLE HOW THE ---- AM I SUPPOSED TO GET TO WORK. Not his problem he said. Court date was a week ago and these clowns didn't even call or email to let me know I am driving around with a suspended license or to communicate the out come of the court case. STAY AWAY you are better off taking care of it by your self.

Getting a traffic ticket is never fun, paying a traffic ticket is almost next to death. I received a ticket for illegal headlights. I wasn't aware that blue halo lights were illegal. The officer refused to reason and ever so happy wrote out a traffic citation. While ranting to a friend, he suggested Mr. Ticket. Mr. Ticket exceeded my expectations.
