I arrived at the clinic with a toothache and was very satisfied with a wonderful treatment from both the assistant and the doctor and everyone in general. I plan to return. This appointment was for my daughter. The staff was friendly and they explained what they were going to do before doing anything.

Had one of the best dental appointment experiences today, the hygienist was excellent and the Dentist provided very valuable insights in regards to overall health and wellness and also performed an oral exam to check for signs of cancer!
Highly recommend the folks at the Midland location and I will definitely be returning for future cleanings and care.

While I'll admit the actual dentists are gentle and seemingly knowledgeable, the utter lack of organization and efficiency of the front office is beyond excusable. My family and I have been using Bliss for a few years in Midland now (begrudgingly) and on every occasion we have had to wait in the waiting room for 30-120 minutes before being brought back for an appointment. Today I was made to wait for 2 hours after arriving for an 830 appointment and was given no explanation or even excuse. I will be taking my business elsewhere and not recommending them to anyone who needs an efficient dental office

My wife and daughter had an appointment to remove my daughter's braces at 1130. It is currently 1:45pm and they are still sitting in the waiting room. If I could leave a zero stars I would. If this wasnt the last appointment needed for my daughter's braces removal my wife would have left and got someone else to do it. We will not be returning to this place of business and I highly suggest you find a different dentist.

If your child needs orodontic, do not take your child here! This isn't my review, however from my own experience, this definitely holds true. Save yourself some misery and go somewhere else! Friends and family. Please share and save a parent from this experience. Also, my child may need braces again!

I asked several times for insurance pre-authorization for my treatments; the lady in the reception will get uncomfortable and tell me it'll take several weeks to get them, in the end, i never received one. in general, i never found her polite enough.
I asked for detailed receipts for my FSA, only got confusing ledgers. this never happened to me in other locations; I'm happy i don't have to comeback there.

Horrible customer service. Tried calling to schedule appointments and will be put on hold then they hang up. Have tried online through their website with no response. Then today I was finally able to make it into the office to try and schedule an appointment. I patiently wait for the front desk receptionist to do her paper work. Then she ask me what I need and why I had not signed in yet. I told her I needed to schedule an appointment. I was told I should do this via calling and making an appointment. First time here and I'm very glad I found them. Dr. Colleen explained everything throughly. I was explained what my insurance would cover and my out of pocket costs, no pressure whatsoever on any procedures. To top everything off I waited a maximum time of 10 minutes in the waiting area. My new dental office for sure. Passed with flying colors..........

Slow. Hit or miss with the quality of the assistants. I've asked for gas all 3 times - not sure why they are so resistant to give it when I've agreed to pay and am crying with fear and anxiety.
No explanation of what's going on, just different people coming in and out of the exam room each performing a different task.
This is awful and doesn't help with my dental anxiety.

What a great practice! Super-friendly and helpful. I was visiting from out-of-state and had a temporary crown break and come off. My dentist back home had sent my impressions with me just in case. Good thing! I walked into Bliss Dental and they helped me right on-the-spot. Made a new temporary from the impression and put it in for me. Highly recommended.

I am a new patient and I'm not sure if I saw a doctor. I had a 10 am appointment but had to wait till 11am to be seen. Not really a big problem because the waiting room was comfortable. Once I went back, the intake was quick and then there was more waiting. A guy sat down and started talking to me and it seemed like he was about to start examining my teeth but then a lady came in and said "let me do my exam first". I am a fifty plus male who neglected his teeth for four years before coming to Bliss dental. When I came to Bliss I had a severe tooth ache on one of my back molars. I admit I had some unfair preconceived notions about dentists, due to past experiences. Specifically, I thought Bliss might diagnose me with an unnecessary root canal costing thousands of dollars. I also feared they might suggest (like some previous dentists attempted to suggest) that I needed to have all my childhood metal/mercury fillings refilled so they could possibly conduct the expensive unnecessary procedure on me.

Worse place so far that I've gotten a consultation for braces from! Very poor communication skills & will make you think treatment is about to begin only to call you the day of the appointment to tell you other wise. Such a complete hassle, very unprofessional and can barely understand what the orthodontist is saying.. Don't waste your time!

The RDA that called us back barely spoke English and didn't understand what I was telling her in regards to my mother in law who is the victim of a stroke and suffers from right side paralysis and aphasia.
