In 1960, Booth & Associates, Inc. was founded by Richard F. Booth, and began as a small family-operated engineering consulting firm, that met the rapidly growing needs of our utility service clients. Through the years, we have continued to expand into a multi-office, multi-state engineering consulting firm.

Our team consists of degreed engineers across multiple disciplines, including: electrical, mechanical, civil, structural and environmental engineering, professional land surveyors, and system study experts.

Booth & Associates has been providing transmission line design services to the electric utility industry since the beginning and has become a recognized leader in our field. We have designed transmission projects up to 345kV and have utilized tubular steel, lattice, concrete and wood structures. Our primary goal is to provide an efficient design that meets all applicable design standards, while keeping a focus on constructability.
Since 1960, Booth & Associates has specialized in all aspects of overhead and underground distribution design. We have built a reputation for high quality and efficient designs that encompass a full range of complexity. Through a series of training schools and seminars, along with our many completed projects, Booth & Associates has become a recognized leader in distribution line design.
