Rafi Balabanian D.D.S., M.A.G.D. is a fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry and has been practicing general and cosmetic dentistry in the Santa Clara and San Jose area since 1990. Since providing quality up-to-date care to his patients is his top priority, Dr. Balabanian recently completed a four year Mastership program, and earned a National Mastership award from the Academy of Genral Dentistry in.

We had an excellent experience at our first visit to Dr. Balabanian's office. Everything around is super clean and neat. Doctor is very professional, nice and caring. Explains every single procedure in detail. No wait time - did not wait even a minute. Will definitely return. Hopefully we have found our family dentist. Everyone of us got a nice surprise: received a gift - tooth cleaning kit.

Amazing and caring dentist who skillfully and carefully treats your teeth. Very experienced. Very caring and friendly staff. Always on time, no waiting. I have been to him for cavities and cleaning ...he ensures you aren't paying when you don't have to... I went asking for a consult on wisdom tooth extraction... he didn't even charge for his quick opinion and was very focused on solving my problem.

My wife had a dental emergency and our friends recommended Dr Balabanian. We were able to arrange a next-day visit and Dr Rafi fixed the problem in no time. Everything was smooth, on time, professional, caring. He did both filling, crown and root canal all with success. He knows the teeth very well, but still sends you to a specialist if it's a very complicated issue, instead of attempting. He doesn't have much focus on the billing, as he doesn't like to charge you extra at all. Also a pretty cool guy to chat with ;}

I have been going to Dr. Balabanian with my parents, and now as an adult, for over 20 years. He has a fantastic staff and always has the most advanced tools and equipment. They always have spent time to talk through my dental issues with me so I understand what it will take to address them. They are always pleasant and accommodating when it comes to appointments, types of insurance and rescheduling. Highly recommend whether for your children or yourself!

I had a great office visit! Everyone was friendly and helpful, and answered any questions I may have had. The visit was a standard clean-up, but even then, I felt like Dr. Rafi and his assistants were all very thorough. They explained everything that they were doing, and I felt at ease knowing I was in good hands. I would highly recommend this office to anyone who is debating.
