I opened the chat to determine if they could just provide an estimate on the cost of bankruptcy, but the person who is likely an AI just wanted my personal information, which I obliged. I then asked about debt negotiation services and the AI just looped me into give me your name and information.
I opted to call the office, and the secretary acted as if she'd never heard of debt negotiation as i repeated myself three times while stuck in an elevator. She was clearly feeling offended because I was clearly no longer interested in repeating myself to someone who sounded like she was better suited
