The folks at Twin City Tire have always been very kind and accommodating. They made my experience with getting an oil change fantastic after being denied service at an alternate location, and Twin City was not only friendly and willing to assist, but they were also speedy with their service. I appreciate them and take my vehicle to them every time.

So far, so good. Went in for an inspection. Appointment was at 3:30 on a Saturday. I arrived 10 minutes early and was informed that they were running a little behind. I appreciate them. Being upfront but this was expected, as the day does on if each appointment takes 1 extra minute then by the afternoon they will be off a bit. They took my truck in at 3:45 and by 4:05 my truck was done. It needed some work and the guy at the counter put together an estimate for me. I told him that I was going to shop the price around and he understood and told me to call if I wished to schedule the service. So

Until recently I would have given 4 maybe 5 stars because they are all so nice and I trusted them. I bought my new tires Aug 2017. Several times over the last 6 months or so I said it didn't feel like the tires were right. I was told (when there for oil changes and tire rotation) they were fine. Finally in July I knew something was wrong and it wasn't me. Took it in and it needed some part (approx$1000) but I'd taken the extended warranty so to be covered I took it to Darling Honda in Bangor. I was in the area over the summer and my run flat developed a huge bubble. I called everywhere in the Bangor Brewer area for a tire. The majority of shops couldn't help me at all, some quoted me 5 days and some 3 weeks before they could get the tire. The closest dealership for my car is in Massachusetts and when I called Portland they said I was out of luck! I needed to drive back to Boston in 2 days for work! I was freaking out! The last call I made was to Twin City Tire and David Matson got my tire and installed it in less then 2 days. When Im home Twin City is the only place I go!

If you need tires, and hate the thought of shopping around, trying to compare and getting sold a bunch of crap you don't need, then just come here.
I asked for a price, they put the tires on, and the quoted price matched the bill. The counter staff was polite and helpful, and the waiting area is clean. Top notch!
