We value your loyalty. For our patients without insurance, we've launched our membership club to simplify payments for preventive care and also help our loyal members save money on treatment. For a low monthly fee you are guaranteed all your routine checkups plus an emergency visit including exam and x-ray at our office.

We prefer to provide more minor, preventive care than to see patients suffer with more intensive treatments from a problem that was not managed in time. We want to ensure that your oral health is in its optimal state and positively contributing to the health of your entire body.

Couldn't recommend Capitol Square Dental enough! I have been going here since I was a teenager and I can always count on Dr. Scott to educate me and ensure my dental health is in top condition. My mother is also a patient here and the transformation on her dental journey has been phenomenal! With all of the work Dr. Scott has done on her teeth, she looks like a new person and the quality of her life is improving tremendously. The Sanderson family is the friendliest and always there to greet you warmly and assist with any dental needs in a jiffy. If you're thinking about making a visit, do it!

Dr. Sanderson is the best dentist I have ever gone to. He never does more than is needed unless you ask for cosmetic reasons. Dr. Sanderson is excited about his work. He is always keeping up with the latest information related to dentistry. The patient's health and comfort are their number one priority.

Other dental experts or general dentists have been nagging my ear with how amazed they are by his work.
Appreciate the attention, Dr. Scotty. I need cleaning, not to be a showcase 😠.

Wonderful, talented, caring people. I've been a patient for years, with deep cleaning, fillings and the dreaded root canal. As close to completely pain-free dentistry as you'll find. They explain every step and procedure if you want to know, and will go the extra mile to work with you on a payment schedule if necessary.

This dentist is, hands down, the best I’ve ever had. Dr. Scotty, Jenny and Jessica have created a dental practice superior to any I’ve ever been to. I first contacted Dr. Scotty’s office a few months ago,in tears, because of the damage another dentist had done that prevented me from chewing, let alone eating solid foods. Not only did Dr. Scotty repair the damage from the previous dentist, he fixed a lot of things. The result is literally a new life for me. Now, I have a dentist with a staff I trust completely. They changed everything for the better for me. I’m forever grateful.

I had braces as a kid but didn't wear my retainer. Over the years my teeth shifted out of place. I looked into alignment options such as Invisalign but didn't think it would be worth the hassle. Capital Square Dental got my teeth straight far faster and cheaper than anywhere else I had researched could offer. Every experience I have had has been hassle free and effective with a very friendly staff. Easily the best dentist I have ever been to.

How many dentists actually clean your teeth before they start working on them? So he knows them in great detail before he starts his work. Truly old school. No dental hygienist.
Scott has the enthusiasm of a new grad. He seems to still love what he does. He’s the son of a dentist so it might just be in his blood. He actively explores the newest technology and is usually way ahead of his peers in that regard.

This was my favorite small business service provider before COVID-19 and I just returned and brought half my family for scheduled appts. As always, they are on the cutting edge of dentistry, safety, sanitation, and air filtration. I appreciate the continuous investment into patient safety and comfort! They could consult for other dentists on how to do it right. Fear not, they are pros! Now booking for the others in my family. We now have better smiles behind our masks.

There aren't enough words to say how wonderful this dental practice is! This is honestly the first dentist I have had that doesn't charge outlandish prices. It's extremely affordable even without any dental insurance. Dr. Scotty is fair, honest, kind, and a great dentist. The entire staff is amazing and go out of their way to make visits extremely easy and nonstressful for me, given that I'm hearing impaired. I highly recommend and would give 10 stars.

Dr Scott is a maestro of his craft, Jenny is super friendly they always treat me like family, they are very knowledgeable not just dentistry so I always enjoy the conversation I really love the atmosphere here.
