Dr Bonstrom at the wauwatosa Veterinary Clinic is wonderful with my cats. She takes the time to talk to you about test results good or bad. Now that you can’t go in the clinic due to covid you have to be able to trust your vet and know they are willing to take the time to understand your concerns. A couple of years ago I had a cat with diabetes and we couldn’t get her blood sugar regulated. It was torture and the vet we had at the time from the clinic (sadly she moved away) even gave me her personal email and helped me on Thanksgiving when we had particularly bad numbers. These guys really

They listen to your observations of your pet’s behavior and stick with you during long term challenges - like my lab mix’s months of recovery and rehab after double TPLO surgery. Amy in Rehab kept me calm while giving Sera incredible rehab care - at my dog’s unique pace♥️

Me being a first time puppy mom they answered all my questions over the phone prior to their first check up! One of the ladies in the front was kind of rude demanding masks she did look busy but I’m fully vaccinated and that wasn’t even discussed. But other wise the ladies were amazing one of my pups is a cry baby at home I didn’t even hear him when he got his shots! So far an amazing experience coming from a first timer here!

We love East Tosa Vet Clinic, they take such good care of my dog! Everyone is so kind there and we’ve always had great experiences. I appreciate the time everyone there takes to walk you through what’s going on with your animal and the different treatment options. I’m so glad we have this place!

Really pleased so far! Excellent and caring staff. Everyone is very willing to answer questions, and our pup always seems happy to go. They have a handy app for making appointments with a rewards program and it reminds you when your pet needs meds. We're already recommending it to family and friends!

My dog gets crabby around other dogs, so I let the receptionist know about the situation ahead of time. In response they checked the schedule to make sure we weren't going to run into other dogs in the waiting room, and that we could get into a room as soon as possible to avoid making a scene. Very accommodating.
Melissa the vet tech was really helpful in walking through what our dog needed as a new patient, and what year-round flea/tick/heartworm prevention looked like. She was also ready with the peanut butter to keep my dog occupied during the exam.
Dr. Haynes is incredibly nice, and

We've been bringing our pup here for a few years now and find that it's super convenient to home and far less hectic than the 76th St location.
If you take your dog to Central Bark they are right next door and can bring your dog over during the day for any needed checkups. We love Dr Haynes so, so much but in truth all the vets here are kind, caring and good at what they do.
The rest of the staff is great too - especially Kevin and Scarlett. We had to put one of our dogs down and the whole staff was so compassionate. I wouldn't even consider taking our dog to another practice

We are new to the area so this was the first vet office we tried. I can honestly say Dr Haynes was the sweetest vet we have ever taken our 1 year old doodle to. She was friendly and very attentive. She acted like she really cares about our puppy.
But... it's expensive. Our puppy had a fungal ear infection, and for the exam and ointment they gave us it came out to be a whopping $130. We are poor students haha so I wish it wasn't so expensive because I loved the doctor and the atmosphere.
If money isn't an issue I would recommend this place, but then again I haven't tried

What a convenient satellite location!
We are regular customers at the Wauwatosa Vet Clinic with our two pups, but have started using the East Tosa whenever possible instead. It seems we can usually get in after work with little to no advance notice. Dr. Carolyn was been great with our GSD Anders, and he really loves her and the techs. I love the new location because the parking is much better than the other location and the waiting room here is really big. Those are probably my two biggest complaints with the 76th Street office. Services at East Tosa are limited to basic exams and treatments
