I couldn’t be happier with the results of having Holly Milstead and her team’s help in selling a family home. Holly was always professional and personally supportive at the same time. This sale had numerous difficulties that were out of the ordinary, however, we never felt the difficulties ourselves as Holly had them taken care of before they could make a negative impact. We were able to get more for the property than what we expected and the sale was completed and funded quicker than expected as well. I will not sell or purchase a home without Holly. Holly Milstead and her team are top Professionals in the industry! I have purchased and sold 3 homes over the the last 15 years with them.
