When Dr. Anthony Castellano is asked what he loves most about dentistry his face lights up. Dr. Castellano grew up just outside of Tampa, Florida. He came to Richmond almost 20 years ago with his wife Rosa where they both attended Virginia Commonwealth University.

After graduating from dental school at VCU and having their first two children here in RVA, they decided to try a life in the Green Mountains of Vermont where he became a partner in a large, progressive practice.It was there that they added 2 more children to their family. The six of them kept chickens, gardened, and hiked the beautiful mountains that were outside their doorstep.

The best way to prevent problems with your teeth and gums is with routine dental care. Brushing and flossing play a significant role in this dental health maintenance, as does visiting your dentist on a regular basis. The American Dental Association recommends seeing your dentist every six months for a thorough check-up.
