Awesome experience with the front desk staff, and the dental hygienist! They were super friendly and seemed happy to be working there which in turn made me happy too. Not to mention the office looks like a coffee shop. Very clean and modern. TV on the ceiling was a plus:) Thank you for thevpositive experience at the dentist!

Hands down one of the best experiences I’ve had at the dentist. I was a little nervous going in because I hadn’t been to a dentist is several years. That all changed as soon as I walked into the building. The office and exam rooms are super comfortable and all of the staff are friendly and accommodating. Dr Yang and the hygienist, Mary, were both very thorough and took the time to explain everything. I left feeling confident and at ease and with a super clean smile.

Dentist is great, techs are amazing. HORRIBLE OFFICE POLICY & PROCEDURE. Who doesn't tell someone their visit is a renewal visit where they owe over $300 - shouldn't you get the option to renew, not just slammed with it when you show up for routine cleaning? I referred so many people, and they've done this to many of them so far.

A refreshing dental experience. I'd been to two larger operations in the Richmond area that made trips to the dentist feel like, well trips to the dentist. Northside was a relief, procedures were well explained, options detailed and interactions with all who work there were warm and professional. I'll be eating more candy so I can go back soon.

From when I walked in the door I was greeted by friendliness. I was made to feel very comfortable. The hygienist Rachel was very friendly, very detailed and thorough. Explained everything she was doing. The doctor explained my treatment plan options and gave me recommendations then let me make the best choice for me. I wasn’t rushed or made to feel like it was all about money for her.

Super happy I stumbled upon you all while looking for a new dentist. My hygienist (Abbie, I believe?) was cheerful, very informative and it’s pretty clear that she enjoys her job. I just left their office after my first visit and I cannot say enough good things about this business. They are professionals from start to finish. Every business should be run this way. I signed up for their membership which is a bargain considering what you get. They truly are concerned with the health of their patients and the overall experience they provide.
