Very nice/professional staff. Read contracts very closely. One contract I had did not state the people who were buying the house from us COULD NOT SELL THE HOUSE WITHOUT OUR PERMISSION. They sold the house, then Mr. Flitcroft wanted us to be the signer/owners without getting the additional money the house was sold for. Sorry, but NO unless we are getting the additional money the house sold for. Because the people we sold it to did additional work to the house. If something went wrong to what they added, we would be responsible.

I've been closing here for over 15 years, then Stacy replaced Dagny....WHAT A JOKE!!! The lack of focus, communication, and timeliness to close within a specific time is unbelievable! I've lost thousands dealing with Stacy....NEVER AGAIN!! Surprisingly didnt receive any call from the attorneys either about this issue...must be covered up with other business.
