Swedish massage techniques include circular pressure applied by the hands and palms, firm kneading, percussion-like tapping, bending and stretching.

They sigh when we give a card for transaction (this indicates that they want to avoid taxes going to the government). Secondly when I gave tips, they demanded more than what I was willing. So unwillingly I gave more. The massage was okay (like most places). Unable to effectively communicate as the masseuse didn’t speak English and I don’t know Chinese.

My 16 year old son purchased a gift card as a Christmas gift for me. Unfortunately when I presented the card they gave him they refused to honor the card. Apparently they also charge more for the card than in person. I did go back and forth with the manager presenting his receipt and after than more than a month they no longer responded. Apparently they issue written cards in one location and a actual gift card in the other. I like their massages but unfortunately the customer service is horrible in this case, and I wouldn't risk buying a gift card for anyone because it may not be honored. My son

I didn't like the fact that they are too hard on your body especially when they are doing your back. The price it's reasonable bit definitely not worth it, will be going back to massage heights their service is much better and you get the most out of it. Oh and when I was going to pay they didn't have a tipping option of you putting the amount instead they already had the tip to choose from with the total added. Not going back ever again.

Staff very friendly but some of them not speak very well English. I am regular customer Usually visit once a week. Love their techniques - Deep tissue.Good enough to release my shoulder pain. terry is the best! Combo rate is affordable which included 35 minutes feet plus 35 minutes table massage. Great value!

I got a 90 minute massage and it was the best massage I have ever gotten. I am very satisfied with my visit today. After done I came out feeling like a new person! The location is easy to find in the woodlands mall , in front of Dillard’s. The place was very clean. I felt comfortable throughout my entire massage. Will definitely visit again

Love this place, I fell asleep during massage. actually My sister bring me here for my birthday treat, they located inside the mall. feels great and very enjoyable. stuff nice and helpful, price is reasonable compare other massage place around woodlands area. overall i will rate 9 out the 10. only thing i don't like is took us about 15 minutes wait to check in. but acceptable because they are always busy weekend.

Inexperienced and uninformed staff. Due to the responses I received while trying to book a service I will not be getting anything done at this location. The manager wasn't even able to tell me what type of skin Care line they use in their facials. Both in person and on the phone they redirected me to the website, which I found very hard to understand. No fluent English speakers at this location.
