Very irresponsible management company. My daughter has a terrible leak in her roof, over a year now, was told by management she's due for a new roof in 2020. The leak has caused a hole in her ceiling, crumbling plaster, water coming through. Has floor covered and must keep a bucket to catch the water. Asked for her roof replacement to be expedited, was told it's up to the roofing company, not them. Asked if management would notify the roofer , no response. Pictures were sent. What does this company take care of, not responsive to the client homeowners needs.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value
This company is a joke. Their landscapers came over and pull out all my roses for no reason and didnt clean up leafs from property. After i owned them 130 dollars, instead of charging 25 late fee(which they did) they also added 150 legal fee??! I cant believe our condo picked this HOA.

I had to call repeatedly to speak to a manager. When I finally made contact he exhibited frustration and aggression towards me. I admit that I did not agree nor did I fully understand the changes since the previous management. He was extremely condescending and started to terminate the call because he was iritated with my line of questioning. I found him to be unconcerned, uncooperative and down right ignorant.
