John Martucci was everything I could ask for in an agent. His philosophy and mine were in harmony. We both wanted to repair and spruce the property up to obtain the best possible price and deliver a quality house that would be very pleasing to both the buyer and the buyer's agent. The last minute fire drill with John to get my junk out of the two car garage was completed with about five minutes to spare before the final buyer's inspection. The maids John recomended were just completed making the house sparkling clean when the happy buyers took possession. A quality experience for everyone involved

Eric was flat out amazing!! He helped my family and I find our first home in Jensen Beach in 1 day! He was extremely knowledgeable in the housing market in the Jensen Beach and surrounding areas. Patrick Stracuzzi is an amazing realtor and did a great job on my home purchase. He was professional and worked hard to get my home purchase accepted. His friendship didn't end after the sale. He provided me with several professionals to get the renovations needed to complete what I wanted to do to the house.
