Julia Heinlein has been successfully selling real estate in the Southeast for over 30 years while exceeding buyers' and sellers' expectations. Formerly from Warren, NJ, Julia graduated from Florida State University with a degree in Business Administration. She moved to Fort Lauderdale, Fl. after graduating and began her real estate career with on-site home builders, and then went on to open her own firms in both Florida and North Carolina.

I was moving down to Myrtle Beach and had no idea what to look for or at. As I was searching I found a realtor named Julia Heinlein and did I get lucky. It's hard enough looking for places to buy while you are here and it's hard trying it to do it 800 miles away. Am moving to the area from out of state, and found her ad in a local church bulletin. After a week of working with her, where we had several conversations about my moving situation and home desires, I was scheduling my trip to see some homes in person with her. This is when she realizes I had not sold my home yet (ie. did not have cash in hand and would likely need financing).
