These people are oh so friendly but have virtually zero follow-through. Can't think of anything I like (oh, yeah- they are smart enough to smile and be friendly) but here are some of their gaps based on 3 yrs experience with them:
- absolutely zero follow through but they are happy to charge the HOA for additional charges due to their lack of action;
- poor communication in general;
- disorganized and cannot keep the email distribution even remotely up-to-date for our HOA of far less than 50 houses;
- arrive at HOA meetings unprepared;
- their web site for HOAs is a sad joke;
- offer no means

I am a real estate agent who needed to work with Touchstone on behalf of a client. I started out with them on the wrong foot and originally gave them one star for being unprofessional. But I really appreciate the fact that they took time to listen to my issue and then to fully and quickly make it right! In my book, that is the definition of professionalism!

I have been dealing with this company for 8 years. Annually I go in to pay my HOA fees, and annually they're extremely rude. Admittedly, I am only dealing with the people in the front office, but it always appears like it's a major chore for them to do their job. Today the secretary rolled her eyes at her coworker when I asked for a receipt for my payment. I asked if I had done something wrong? She got my receipt (which was just soooooo annoyinggg for her) and did not respond. I was not impressed and I snatched the receipt from her very quickly and walked out. I dont have a choice in working with

I rented an apartment managed by Touchstone Properties for 1 1/2 years in Fort Collins between summer 2019 and January 2021..From the initial search and application process to the final inspection I found the staff to be very warm professional, and helpful. On those occasions that I required assistance with a problem they were prompt in addressing my concerns and had professionals at the apartment in a timely manner to remedy the issue.
They were clear and upfront about the property rules and billing procedures and when I had questions or a concern they responded very fast.
I especially appreciated

I'm just about to start my lease. I've worked with both Dana and Lisa. They seem very down to earth and have thus far been very easy to work with. Despite my lease starting at a very busy time for them, response times have been prompt, they have been easy to get in contact with. They were available to show us the unit we were interested in within 24 hours. They also got us new flooring in before the start of our lease, which was much appreciated! They were also very accommodating in regard to my emotional support dog. They have been flexible working around my husband's very busy work schedule during

Lived in a basement unit for 2 years. I’d give the company 4 stars and the unit I lived in 2 stars, so I’m averaging it out to a 3. Cons: The house was very old and my unit had a ton of problems, the biggest one being the main water line backing up every 6 months to a year and if I didn’t catch it in time it flooded my apartment. It actually did once, a third of the carpet was soaked and it took a week to dry it out and they ended up tearing the whole thing out and replacing it. Holes in the wall, multiple leaks from the ceiling and windows when it rained, cracked tiles, cracks in the walls

My husband and I are really loving our apartment, which we rent through Touchstone. Our experience has been quite positive! The staff we work with is kind and has worked with us through any and all work orders we've brought to them. The various crews they've chosen to work with (appliance specialists, handymen, etc) have not only done a great job, but were incredibly professional during each and every interaction. We are happy working with Touchstone!
